The VIU President’s and Provost’s Employee Awards and Long Service Awards are a way to let employees know their hard work is seen and is valued.
The employee awards are a way to formally recognize that the success of VIU and its students is because of the outstanding people who work at the university.
Nominations for the awards come from colleagues across the university community, who see how these individuals make contributions in a variety of ways, both large and small, that have a positive impact and significantly improve the experience of students and coworkers.
